Same Strata.
Four sizes.

Two charges from us: seats, and the finished work Strata delivers. Your AI model usage never appears on our invoice — it stays on your own Azure account, billed by Microsoft at their rates.

You bring
the Foundry.

Strata runs on your own Azure AI Foundry, in your own Azure tenant. There is no shared Kronisys engine and no fallback — until an administrator connects a Foundry resource, no AI feature will answer.

So before you start a trial, make sure someone on your team has an Azure subscription with permission to create the resource. It is an administrator task, and it may not be the person buying. The clock on a 14-day trial starts at checkout, not when your Foundry is ready.

  • All eight extensions — SQL Server, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, web search, Jira and Confluence
  • Scheduled agents and the full REST API
  • Every admin control — roles, permissions, audit log, SCIM provisioning and API keys
  • A monthly spend ceiling, enforced in real time
  • Microsoft SSO through your own Entra ID tenant
  • Your own Azure AI Foundry, so inference never leaves your tenant

Free trial: 3 seats and 150 compute credits on any plan, with API access off until it converts. A card is required up front; nothing is charged until the trial ends. One workspace per email domain. Prices exclude sales, use, VAT and similar taxes. Self-serve prices may change on 30 days’ notice.

You own the model.
We charge for the platform.

Every organization connects its own Azure AI Foundry. Your prompts and your data go to your own Azure resource, in your own tenant, under your own enterprise agreement and data-residency commitments — and Microsoft bills you for that model usage directly, at Microsoft's rates. Kronisys takes no margin on it and it never appears on our invoice.

Your existing Azure commitments and negotiated model rates apply automatically. The two charges below are the complete Kronisys invoice — no model-inference charge is buried inside them.

01

Seats.

Who is allowed to use Strata. A flat per-person rate set by the size of your team — every seat gets every model, every integration and every admin control.

02

Compute credits.

What Strata produced for you, at a flat $0.50 a credit. One finished deliverable is one credit, whatever its size — a report, a workbook, a deck, an analysis run. Metering is not billed yet; seats are the only charge on an invoice today.

Billed for output,
not for effort.

Asking, searching, reading and chatting are free. A question that takes Strata six tool calls and two minutes of reading to answer well costs nothing in credits. You are billed when it hands you something finished — a deck, a workbook, a report, an export.

Work that failed, was cut off by a spend cap, or was rejected in review isn't billed. Neither is Strata's own quality-control pass: every generated PDF, Word file and complex workbook is rendered and inspected, and if something is broken the regeneration that fixes it draws no credits. The inspection is itself model work, so like every other model call it runs in your own Azure AI Foundry and Microsoft bills you for that inference directly. Flagging forty emails in one request counts once, not forty times.

What ships with every seat.

Every major AI model

A curated catalog spanning OpenAI, Anthropic, xAI, DeepSeek, Mistral, Cohere, and Microsoft — all served through Microsoft Azure AI Foundry. Switch mid-conversation.

Connected extensions

SQL Server, OneDrive, SharePoint, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, web search, Jira, and Confluence. Available to every seat with no per-integration billing.

Enterprise admin

Custom roles, SCIM provisioning, audit logs with CSV export, organization-wide policy, and rate-limit controls.

Agents & webhooks

Scheduled agents, HMAC-signed webhook triggers, agent templates, and per-user governance controls.

Microsoft Entra ID SSO

Single Sign-On for every user. MFA and conditional access inherited from your tenant. No separate passwords.

Monthly spend ceiling

Set a monthly dollar ceiling for your organization. It is enforced in real time across every surface — chat, the Outlook add-in, Teams, the API, voice and scheduled agents — and checked during a response, not just at the start: if an answer would cross the ceiling, Strata stops mid-response and says why. Requests already in flight can carry a little past the line, so treat it as a firm backstop rather than an absolute cut-off. Admins get an inbox alert the first time it is reached, and scheduled agents defer rather than fail, resuming on their own at the month reset. Agents can carry their own per-run and monthly budgets too.

Routes through your Foundry

Strata orchestrates against the Microsoft Azure AI Foundry deployment in your tenant. Prompts and responses stay in your Azure environment — your capacity, your logs, your policies.

What if our team grows mid-contract?

You can add seats at any time. New seats are available immediately and are billed from your next monthly invoice — we do not raise a mid-cycle prorated charge. Reductions take effect at the start of the next period. Billing follows the contracted seat count, not how many seats are currently filled, and the minimum is three. Adding enough people to cross into the next tier moves your whole team to that tier’s rate at renewal — talk to us and we’ll re-paper it.

Do you offer volume discounts?

Team size sets your tier, and the whole team moves to that tier’s rate — a 200-seat organization pays the Enterprise rate on every seat, not the Starter rate on the first 24. These are four separate prices, not a graduated discount curve. Multi-year terms can be negotiated at the Global tier; send your headcount and term in the inquiry form and we’ll come back within one business day.

How does Strata access AI models?

Strata connects to the Microsoft Azure AI Foundry deployment in your tenant. Every AI request — prompt, response, and metadata — stays inside your Azure environment, billed against your own Azure AI Foundry capacity and governed by your Microsoft policies.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — 14 days, free. You add a card when you start so the subscription can continue automatically, and you can cancel any time before the trial ends without being charged. Trials include 3 seats and 150 compute credits. Larger organizations evaluating at scale should contact us — we still run scoped pilots for those.

How do we pay?

Two ways, and you choose. Sign up online for Starter or Business and you are month-to-month on a card — no contract, no minimum term, cancel from Admin › Billing whenever you like. Enterprise and Global, and any team that would rather be invoiced, sign an Order Form: an annual agreement invoiced monthly and payable by ACH, wire, card or check. Payments run through Stripe — card and bank details are entered on Stripe-hosted pages, and we never see or store full account numbers. AI model usage never appears on a Kronisys invoice: Microsoft bills it directly to your own Azure subscription.

What’s your refund policy?

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in your Order Form. Undisputed invoices unpaid after 30 days may accrue interest, and access may be suspended after 60 days past due with at least 10 days’ written notice. Charges can be disputed in good faith within 30 days of the invoice date. Full terms are in the Terms of Service.
